A 50% advance payment would be required to confirm your reservation. The balance would be payable at the time of check-in. Please send us a booking request on reservations@hridaybhoomi.in and we will send you our account details for making the payment.
Please attach valid government-issued photo ids and address proofs along with the booking request. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid identity card. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel the booking if we suspect that the customer might behave inappropriately with our staff, or indulge in unacceptable activities during their stay with us.
Check-in is from 12 noon, and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Please bring the IDs and address proofs submitted with your booking. If payment was made via credit/debit card, the cardholder must be present at check-in to prevent fraud.

• Cancellation charge: minimum 15% of advance paid.
• Cancellations within 15 days of arrival: 50% of advance paid.
• No-shows or cancellations within 7 days of arrival: 100% of advance paid.
Booking amendments are possible on request. Changes in the number of guests, stay duration, or dates may affect the tariff.
